MOD_ERRORs
Here's my load order as read from the in game list:
Plant & Cook
Earthlike Replacement for Water Mod + Dense Forrests
Industrial Overhaul - WATER MOD COMPATIBILITY (if you have IO you need this too)
Industrial Overhaul and Eat.Drink.Sleep. - (also a compatibility mod)
Industrial Overhaul (the actual mod)
--
Water Mod
--
Text HUD API (I THINK this is a dependency for water mod)
Have a look at your own list and make sure there are no major conflicts, no missing dependants, etc.
Also you can still get ice lakes with these mods on, so don't assume it's not working just because of them. (idk if you're MEANT to still get ice lakes or not but I do, especially at higher elevation/altitude)
Good luck!
To make sure there's no mix up, you don't spawn this planet like you would a custom planet. (I don't think that's what you mean by "spawn" but just in case...)
Also idk about you but my Earthlike starts mostly always land me in the mountains and I often have to travel to find a decent body of water, try flying around in spectator maybe? You can also change that /wradius number up and down so maybe put it up just to confirm it's there? (a radius of 1.3 should be enough to drown the whole planet for the sake of a test?)
but from my understanding, resource-altering mods break planet replacers completly. is it a workaround or something else to be done?
yes. i testet it the other day, and everything should still work
Create a new world, add the mod and launch.
thx for the heads up.
its been a while since i played around with it my self so nice you took it upon you. ill see if i can figure out the issue with plants below water.
(i.e. Deep Ores)
but play around, this is space engineers after all.
i think it will look strange without the water, but havn't tried
Im mainly looking for a much better planet, with dense forrest, some cool locations, cliffs etc.
well done. i'd love to try it my self. Don't worry about the upload
I have modified this planet to be compatible with Industrial overhaul and tweaked the wolf spawn rates a little.
The modified version does not require Industrial overhaul to work. If you load it without Industrial overhaul you wind up playing on a planet that has a thin ice layer just under the surface every where and ores are ore dispersed. but it is completely playable that way.
I would like to post it to the work shop so that my friends can join my world. but i do not want to take away from this page in any way. how would you like me to handle this? no matter what you would deserve credit for most of it.
I am currently trying to use the industrial overhaul mod and some of the base required (early game) ores are not spawning. I am hoping i can fix this?
check: /wradius 1.02345
and what was the sice of the planet you spawned?
