On the second mission (SEAD) the gunboats get destroyed in the initial attack by the AI so the mission can't progress from the second part because you can't target the destroyed boats

Hey, I just finished the campaing and felt the need to come here and tell you how amazing the campaing is and how much I enjoyed it!
It is pretty inmmersive, you know what is going on at all times in the war and the objectives are pretty realistic.
I loved it!

Wow, that was one of the top 5 campaigns I have ever played on VTOL VR !

Fairly easy and beginner friendly, but with long missions (40min to 1h30 missions), and limited saves so still have to think and plan.

A lot of work went into this, and it shows, this feels really alive:
- varied mission events and tasks
- lots of comms, but still clear
- finely defined waypoints and dynamic GPS coordinates
- allied units doing lots of useful and different tasks
- briefings and game objectives are very clear, even when random

Really recommended ! Please take an award !

PAC-MIB I didn’t design for multiplayer so I don’t know if it’s compatible or not? ‘Rimmy Down under gaming’ used Artemis campaign in one of his you tube videos “invasion squadron” (not credited in the video) where he played it as multiplayer so I believe it’s possible but there could be issues?

Delta99 thanks for your comments. First and foremost I design missions the way I like to fly missions and hopefully there are people out there who also like the same. I like to focus on all aspects of a mission not just shooting missiles and dropping bombs. Glad you like the missions so far.

Judge Dredd, I've only played the first two missions but these were incredibly well done and I'll be playing the rest without a doubt. Can't say enough how well put together these were. I'm likely going to do a video series of these missions as they really include a lot of different things and are very enjoyable.

Peterisbb Thanks for the comments. I will fix the issue in mission 3 and allow you to re-arm. my intention was to force the player to use low level tactics, I realise I can do this by restricting the load out rather than forcing it, which will allow you to re-arm/re-fuel if you need to. I have started using some extra voices in my new Falklands '82 campaign :)

Overall a fun campaign. A little easy, there was very little threat at any point; Especially compared to the main campaign's too many AA missiles. For improvements, after the airbase hit in mission 3 you can't re-arm or re-fuel at the carrier if you land on it since the loadout is locked. The objective implies that you can. The brief screen for mission 4 has a few typos. Also, the use of the same voice for multiple units and command makes it somewhat confusing at times who was talking. This is mostly fine though, since they always say who's talking at the beginning of the callout. Thanks for making this, I had a good time.

Hey Judge - thanks for building these, they've been fun.

I seem to be running into an issue on #4. Instead of LL approach to SAMs, I come in ~5000 to ~10000 ft and just take out the SAMs from standoff distance with HARMs. The SAMs die, and I return towards the carrier to pick up my wingman. When I head back to attack base A or B, there's only 2 dudes standing around. I take them out, and the objective shows 2/9 targets gone, but there are no other targets to take out. I've replicated 4 out 5 attempts. On the attempt where the other units showed up I had to leave so I didn't finish the mission. I'm thinking there must be a trigger I'm missing somewhere to spawn the remaining targets.

I didn't say it wasn't sufficient for the mission, just that it's needlessly short. If there's no air refuelling objective in mission 1 and no fuel plane in the air you might aswell let the player start with a full tank. First time I played it I flew most of the mission on 1/3rd throttle to conserve fuel. Which is immersive and all but expends a lot more time than is really necessary.

Just a thought as always but, I'd personally just find it nicer to have a decent enough reserve to go full throttle (no afterburner obviously) for the whole thing... (maybe just a psychological impairment on my end really...)

Thanks liao for subscribing and feeding back on the mission. Much appreciated as always. There will be a random A2A re-fuelling objective in mission 2 and a forced A2A refuel objective in another later mission. You should be able to manage the first mission with the fuel you have, providing you don't go crazy with afterburner!

I've played it a couple times now, is there a possible air-refuelling objective I missed? Otherwise the low amount of assigned fuel seems a bit restrictive for the length of the mission. Also it seems a bit weird for the player not to be armed with a cannon. Usually fighter planes have those mounted fix as far as I know and it's a bit of a game quirk that it can be removed in the first place... just a thought.

Yes this is a WIP. Mission 1 is operationally complete and I have tested and tested but no doubt there will be bugs. This mission is packed with AI and custom radio messages, and randomised and varying objectives. There are, I think 24 different, combinations of mission objectives altogether in just this one mission. Missions 2-6 will be of similar complexity so by the time I’m finished no complete campaign will ever run the same, unless you play like 50,000 times.
