I've checked all the UC armor shops and the library in Black Scratch and I can't find the armor nor the blueprints. Advice?

@Mr.Hazmat: OOooooOO, the first comment in a year and a half! Well done :) Now you've surveyed the WONDER of the Hazmat suits, don't forget the ATLAS heavy armoured suits and the CHEMSUIT mods which I am also very proud of indeed. :)

Yea, I just got my first Engineering Research to research Heavy Armour Smithy... It was the only missing bench and it was the one to craft them on.
