Ah, I know exactly what you're talking about. Try "mat_specular 0" in console and that'll fix it. I think i fucked up the cubemaps when making the map but eh.

amazing map, the only thing to ask is if you can fix the light on the half life weapons, they are too shiny or made out of metal, if you want i can provide images so you know what i mean, other than that its an amazing map, i have always wanted a trench defense map

Turn off hdr in your settings. When i did the hdr i made it bright to really give that desert feeling

The only issue that exists is your inability to kill the entire wave. If the siren is still going, there are living enemies.

I managed to break the Combine around 4-5th as well, but this problem fixed itself after disabling my sNPC mods. I don't think there's a conflict, probably just a lua error of some sort

I have not been able to reproduce the bug. Npcs have continued to spawn for me. I do not know how you are having this issue

What i'm saying, is that NPC's literally stop spawning after the 4-5th. wave.

Please don't spam the comments. you may have to be outside and in view of the sky for them to come after you. I haven't been able to reproduce this bug in testing but I may be able to make a potential fix.

I really enjoyed the zombie version, definitely clenched my ass cheeks a couple times haha. :P best part is that my PC didn't explode despite the high entity count running around

Well you can always add more lamps. I went for as "spooky" an atmosphere as I could.

Its fine, I was just curious, its not too much of a hassle to spawn in the ammo of my choosing between waves

The only reason I don't want to is because weapon packs like CW 2.0 and TFA use proprietary ammunition. Half life guns are too basic. I specifically added the healthkit button because I found it was what I needed. But if you think it's necessary, I can add in an ar2 spawner and ammo crate, or something like that

That's a shame, however I do agree that the relief time should be shortened, do you have any plans to add an ammo supply station similar to the health station inside the building? Or perhaps crates that are "dropped in" periodically every 10 or so waves and provide dynamic resupply?

While I like that idea, it's not easily implemented into the system I have currently. I've already been advised for shortening the relief time (from thirty to fifteen seconds)

Perhaps add a timer that starts counting down each wave starting at lets say 60 seconds, if the wave is completed before the timer reaches 0 then the next wave have will a few extra troops spawned in aside from the normal wave, that could help ramp up the difficulty faster and also make the waves more proportional to each players skill.

It takes waaaaayyy too long for the waves to actually get hard. other than that pretty cool
