Don't pay attention to the guy below, I LITERALLY PUT A DISCLAIMER AT THE END OF THE DESCRIPTION, for newer guys who aren't familiar with dodging things. The level could've been playable for him if he read it and followed it.

Incorrect. You have to kite the dog and take the static enemy's pistol to deal with it, it's a bit finicky but it's doable. If this were unplayable then the level wouldn't even make it to the workshop 6head kekw.
