When you go to the Dropbox site, there are 3 buttons at the TOP. Click the Download one in the middle. I have a feeling you are downloading the separate files individually maybe? It will download a SINGLE Zip File. Unzip that and its then the File (folder) you need. Place that single Folder into your correct Arma Profile in the Mission Directory. Then load up the Eden Editor where you'd make your missions (not launcher). Click the OPEN Button and goto where you put it. Guessing its just a wrong File-Path, or wrong Folder Structure issue.
R. Von Quest  [author] 22 May @ 11:18pm
Re-Read the directions carefully. You worded your response "them". It should just be a single Folder you download. The Folder has the extension .altis for the Altis Map. Did you UNZIP the file to reveal the Folder? Make sure you are putting it in your Arma Profile location.
Snackpacman 22 May @ 3:57pm
I have, placed them in the Arma missions folder, but I dont see anything in the editor to open.
R. Von Quest  [author] 22 May @ 2:50pm
Did you download and try the Tutorial / Example?.... You have to Open it from the Editor.
Snackpacman 22 May @ 11:36am
Okie so I could be a big ol dumb dumb, but I cant seem to find the sub. added the tutorial files to my mission folder ( per instructions) but still dont see the sub, or the missions for that matter.

R. Von Quest help please, your my only hope
R. Von Quest  [author] 9 May @ 11:42am
For the SDVs... You need to exit out the Lockout Chamber in the Sub, and the controls to UNLOCK the SDVs are in Front of them. You need to swim in front of them and you'll see some controls, boxes, bottles, etc., Switch to First-Person-View so you can get close to the controls and the Menu will show up. You need to get your nose (camera) close to get the Menu. You can then Unlock, Re-Lock, and Launch Zodiac Rubber Craft as well.
R. Von Quest  [author] 9 May @ 11:33am
Not sure what you mean by the Data Terminal.... Some things are kinda hidden and you need to use the scroll-wheel on the mouse to see more of the Menus. If you mean have a Data Terminal OPEN and animate like in the download mission file, you need to add separate scripting code to do that.
FreshM_47 8 May @ 11:26pm
How do you launch the SDV? ahhh this mod is awesome I read and tried all I could everything else to function except the data terminal. Downloaded the mission tutorial! Great work
R. Von Quest  [author] 6 Mar @ 8:26pm
REMINDER -- You will need the Composition from the Tutorial Download to do any of the Submarine Transport stuff.

Also you need to use the SCAR Enemy Submarine AOs to counter or contrast the sub transport into a map.
R. Von Quest  [author] 6 Mar @ 3:21pm
UPDATE - I updated the SUB Infil part of this project. Its more fun, the moves are in real-time, added a torpedo incoming icon, sound effects, tweaks, etc.
R. Von Quest  [author] 28 Feb @ 2:27pm
@Everyone
The Examples / Tutorial is Out-of-Date, I'll update next week.
R. Von Quest  [author] 28 Feb @ 11:38am
Did someone not download, and read the Tutorial? :steamhappy:
Nemosupremo 28 Feb @ 6:18am
Ahhh I see now. Previously I did NOT use one of each. Thank you for clearing that up I can see the bottles now for Dragonfly, Stingray and the FROGS. Thanks a bunch mate I see the bottles now and can open and close the gas valves on them.
R. Von Quest  [author] 28 Feb @ 3:27am
Are your using BOTH Bottles?... The Stingray needs 2 Blue Bottles, and the FROGS needs 2 Green Bottles.

The Blue Bottles are DIVOX and NITROX32 (you need one each for the Stingray), and the Green Bottles are DIVOX and HELIOX (you need one each for the FROGS).
Nemosupremo 28 Feb @ 1:23am
I checked out the updated mod and Im sorry to say but I still get the bottle error when trying to use the bottles with Stingray and FROGS rebreathers. The LEAP Dragonfly rebreather works perfectly the orange bottle is visible I can toggle the gas valve half open or closed and use the control panel as normal so the LEAP Dragonfly rebreather is great. But I still cannot use the stingray or frogs rebreathers as I dont see the bottle in the control panel.
Nemosupremo 27 Feb @ 10:26am
Thank you dude youre great contributor to the mod community!
R. Von Quest  [author] 26 Feb @ 9:09pm
Yup, Fixed. I updated several projects. Just have to pack, sign, and upload the new batch when I get time. Hopefully tomorrow or Friday.
Nemosupremo 26 Feb @ 7:56am
I have returned to this mod to see how its been updated I still get the bottle error when trying to activate O2 bottles for the FROG rebreather. In the control panel where you switch on battery solenoid stager stuff the bottle is not visible and I try to click the space where the bottle is supposed to be and it says bottle error, an error I used to get in the past I have my display resolution at 1920x1080. I dont know whats going wrong I was hoping this glitch was resolved.
BlackSheepSpicy 31 Oct, 2024 @ 2:04am
Absolute hero sir thank you for your work!

R. Von Quest  [author] 24 Oct, 2024 @ 1:02pm
UPDATE - fixed to include more screen resolutions.
R. Von Quest  [author] 21 Oct, 2024 @ 2:56am
UPDATE - I will be upgrading to work on 2560x1440 resolutions in the next few weeks or so.
BlackSheepSpicy 19 Oct, 2024 @ 6:55am
Hi @Blacklisted_Gaming, I'm running into the same problem with the rebreather UI resolution. What did you modify to resize it? Thanks In advance.
R. Von Quest  [author] 20 Aug, 2024 @ 10:00pm
You can still try it. We play Hosted Server LAN every weekend, and it works (mostly) great.
Blacklisted_Gaming 20 Aug, 2024 @ 9:44pm
ah gotcha. well damn lol. The scenario i was working on is co-op/singleplayer and was going to have a narrative driven mission that was persistent with saves and stuff. And with SCAR, every time you rolled back out, the enemies and defenses would be different each time. These modules are exactly what i was looking for to use for this
R. Von Quest  [author] 20 Aug, 2024 @ 9:22pm
Apologizes. Yeah, keep in mind these projects are only meant to be run ONCE. If you keep playing the variables get set/change and do not reset. It was coded for a single Infil, do the Op, then exfil off-map. We always reset the map in between games. Its also not coded for full Dedicated Server MP play.
Blacklisted_Gaming 20 Aug, 2024 @ 8:09pm
i managed to resize all rebreathers for my resolution. So it's G2G. Only thing now is getting LEAP to not be mad at me for trying to do another halo infil after respawning lol
Blacklisted_Gaming 20 Aug, 2024 @ 5:17pm
that explains why i can't click it though. My monitor is 2560x1440
Blacklisted_Gaming 20 Aug, 2024 @ 5:08pm
i have access to the equipment, just i have to use my enter key and arrow keys to navigate the rebreather panel. I only figured that out by just hitting keys until i found what worked lol. Because there was no keybind list and clicking on the panel didn't work
R. Von Quest  [author] 20 Aug, 2024 @ 4:59pm
How did you do HALOs if you didn't have access to the Equipment (rebreathers, etc)?... These projects are only coded for 1920x1080 resolution. Other resolutions won't lineup or display properly.

All clickable stuff are called "Dialogs". You have to look in the Equipment Folders for Files that start with dia_. Example: dia_stingray.hpp

The execVM listed there to Open the Control Panel :
_nil=[]execVM 'zdz_frogs\System\Equipment\Rebreathers\Stingray\controlpanel_open.sqf'
Blacklisted_Gaming 20 Aug, 2024 @ 12:12pm
where would one find the event handlers for interacting with the rebreathers? Mostly because there is no OnClick for opening the cover or interacting with the switches. And i want to see if i can add a GUI on it for the key bindings to interact with it.
ɴxᴛ- 刀尺卂厶口𠘨 21 May, 2024 @ 10:52am
how do you read the Dive Book? I can only read the EOD and Sniper Book.
WallaWalla 21 May, 2024 @ 5:36am
Hey man, I love your module but is it possible to use all the same stuff in other SP missions? because I'm tryna use the rebreather but its not working at all in other missions.
R. Von Quest  [author] 30 Jan, 2024 @ 4:54pm
@Sgt_Mackenzie
The re-breather rigs are mostly shallow depths only. The FROGS Rig goes the deepest. I never finished the SCUBA portion of this for very deep dives with tanks.
R. Von Quest  [author] 30 Jan, 2024 @ 4:52pm
@Oatis
Thanks! Yeah, I know. Several have said them same. I don't know if I'll make videos anytime soon. I'm mostly done working on Arma for now. There is also a bunch that haven't been released to the public. There is a large package of files and supplemental things we use for my Gamemode "SpookWarCom". It gets complicated, and there are numerous hidden things I haven't discussed yet. Also, its only coded for 1920x1080 screen resolution. May not work right with other screens.
Sgt_Mackenzie 28 Jan, 2024 @ 5:10pm
There are some places at heights that reach 100 - 200 meters deep, is it possible?
Oatis 7 Jan, 2024 @ 7:45am
These modules/mod set are absolutely Incredible!
However, they desperately need a Instructional video. Navigating the sub is a boring painful process and needs more explantion. The interface is next level badass and makes ARMA a new game!
I get stuck in the Shift D menu frequently.
This would be a must have if folks new what it was capable of, a few photos here don't do it the justice it deserves and is too advanced for the average noob like myself to use without your Spook demo to set up individually.
Totally Amazing, but we need them videos Sir Von Quest!
R. Von Quest  [author] 1 Jan, 2024 @ 10:54pm
Fixed & Updated the Tutorial/Example/Mission File download on the Dropbox Link.
R. Von Quest  [author] 17 Nov, 2023 @ 4:39am
No. I don't think so. No idea what you have going on. User error. Do you have the correct Bottles in the correct Rig? 2 Blue Bottles in Stingray, and 2 Green Bottles in FROGS. If using the FROGS you have to have the Dial set to match your Depth. And both rebreathers are mostly shallow dives only. Did you have the correct readouts on the rig and watch?
RSA79 10 Nov, 2023 @ 9:01am
1. Battery
--. Bluetooth (optional w/ Dive Watch)
2. Main
3. Gas (Off / Mid / On)
--. Heater (if below < 32°F)
--. Stager (if deep w/ F.R.O.G.S)
and i dye.
is there mods that does not like to be used same time.
R. Von Quest  [author] 7 Nov, 2023 @ 9:59pm
@ɴxᴛ- 刀尺卂厶口𠘨
Thanks!! ...My projects are only coded for 1920x1080 screen resolutions. Apologies. Guessing that's the issue.

@ Nemosupremo
I'll look into it. I'm aware of it, but forgot about it. And the Tutorial is linked above. Its the same for all projects. Its the the master one from the CORE page. Also, it may be out-of-date at this point.
ɴxᴛ- 刀尺卂厶口𠘨 6 Nov, 2023 @ 8:16pm
Great Mod! The text is not aligned with the watch, same thing with the L.E.A.P. Any idea how to fix this?
Nemosupremo 4 Nov, 2023 @ 12:27pm
I still get bottle error and when I look at my inventory the bottles have disappeared as if they have been used up. The LEAP dragonfly bottle works though
Nemosupremo 4 Nov, 2023 @ 12:13pm
I did not know there was a tutorial, where can I find that?
R. Von Quest  [author] 31 Oct, 2023 @ 11:41am
Have you tried the Tutorial yet? And do you know what kind of errors? There is a specific order to turn things on (I'll fix this in the next update), the Blue Bottles go in the Stingray, and the Green Bottles go in the FROGS. All color-coded to match the Vest.

For the FROGS, you have to turn On the Stager Button (green), then for EACH -10m of Depth, you have to turn the Stager Dial (green) to match your depth range. You have to stay within that range for no penalty. 10-20m, 20-30m, 30-40m, etc. Adjust as you dive/ascend.

If using the Trident Dive Watch, there are readouts there too to help. If you have the Bluetooth On, the Watch gets a signal from the Vest.
Nemosupremo 31 Oct, 2023 @ 2:59am
Ahh ok thank you for the reply. Yesterday I experienced several errros with the FROGS Combat Diver system, I was getting bottle errors a lot, despite bottles being present in the stingray or FROGS rebreather there was no bottle to activate or adjust and I would get many debug errors. LEAP HALO dragonfly bottle functionality was fine though so its just the FROGS. Also, can you provide a guide for how to correctly use the HELIOX stager FROGS rebreather? Or are there real world resources you used to model that that I can learn from?
R. Von Quest  [author] 30 Oct, 2023 @ 1:27pm
Thanks. See comments below...
Also, all my equipment has more info when you hover your cursor over them when in your Inventory. I don't use ACE. There is no way to recover from toxicity. It builds up in your system and stays for the remainder of the game. Again, its random. You may go unconscious, time is random, and will run out of air/scrubber/chem, then drown if still unconscious.
Nemosupremo 30 Oct, 2023 @ 12:03pm
hey Von Quest I'm loving your contribution to the community. I have a question about the different gas mixtures, is there a guide you can publish as to what depths which gas mixture is best? Also, when I am at deep depths, I pass out into unconsciousness but no death. Is this correct? The worst thing that happens is going out of consciousness but no impact on ACE medical health and so how does one heal from this? Does toxicity ever disappear? Thanks again for your efforts.
R. Von Quest  [author] 6 Sep, 2023 @ 1:49pm
If using SCAR... Enemy Submarines will use SONAR, Torpedoes, Divers, QRF, Track, etc.

It will also physically spawn Enemy Submarine Models as well if you have the old Sub mods from HAFM, Typhoon, Naval Legends, etc.
R. Von Quest  [author] 6 Sep, 2023 @ 1:27pm
Thanks! ...ON, in this order :

1. Battery
--. Bluetooth (optional w/ Dive Watch)
2. Main
3. Gas (Off / Mid / On)
--. Heater (if below < 32°F)
--. Stager (if deep w/ F.R.O.G.S)

And then OFF, in reverse order.

I may simplify it in the future. I was going for technical, and possible damage, if turning things on in the wrong order. Its technically not finished. See other notes below in comments.
