It's the same thing, ported into garry's mod without having to download it and run it through garry's mod or play it with mods if due so.

Is it the same thing from Half Life 2 or it changes something in the gameplay or the scenarios or something? I remember playing Nightmare House 1 maps on HL2 and It was pretty nice

No, and i don't think these maps have navmeshes, i will do the navmeshes at some point if i can.

it doe's not require anything. These are made with Garry's Mod or Half-Life 2 Default textures, and are bulit-in into garry's mod, so no other games and does not require anything, if it did i would point it out.
