Very stunning and awesome.
I finally managed to get GMOD working again after it used to lock up my computer.
One quick thing i've only just now noticed.
The "toggle slowmode" feature seems to reset every time a map starts.
all the other settings are saved across maps, but that one seems to set itself back to "on" every time.
even enemies arent red anymore.
Basically, the code checks all the NPC's relations with the player every few seconds, and with the slider you can customize the time it waits until checking again. I had to add a wait because there would be some lag if I didn't.
Also, I've found a way to highlight the NPCs like you suggested, hopefully will come out soon.
I ALSO stumbled upon another bug where the slow-motion lingers outside of the vision and it wont go away at all.
the video shows both that and the weird outline issues.

Hope this helps.
1: make it possible to "toggle" the vision on so you don't need to hold the key down the entire time.
2: maybe have an option to highlight the entire enemy instead of just a faint outline (can be kind of hard to see the outline sometimes)
3: an option to disable the gray screen effect. (i know this seems to go against the point of the addon, but it would make it more versatile to be able to just toggle the vision on without the gray filter)
I'll definitely keep an EYE on this addon for updates (haha get it because its a vision thing? Yea i'll see myself out.)
