A note on Civ Expanded: It works with it, but does not carry over the expanded Civ bonuses. The bonuses you see in the screenshots are tied to the leader.

@Slightly Annoyed Niko not totally sure but i think it means these leaders would pull the modified powers in Civilizations Expanded for their civs. That might make these leaders' powers no longer be complementary to or synchronized with the civ they are leading, resulting in an unbalanced game.
