Are you guys still working on this mod? Have been looking for an updated MH-47. You guys list a lot of things Id like in to see. Only thing with this mod I see an issue with so far is the outside texture looks too play doughy if ykwim, the original is better. Tryna be constructive.

Any chance I could start a discussion with you directly about some improvements to the MH-47? One thing that has always bothered me is that the aircraft mods hover level. The tail should be lower at a hover .

The aircraft seems to react well to cyclic inputs and is much more predictable then other CH47's but the collective is extremely twitchy and needs a more gradual curve applied as currently the collective operates like a light switch but needs to be more like a dimmer switch

As a result when holding a low hover and testing how the aircraft handles a hard landing from 2m for example the engine is rendered inoperative and the pilot is injured badly. While a hard landing from 2m should damage the aircraft it seems excessive. In addition even when setting the aircraft down gently there does not feel like there is any give in the undercarriage. So touchdown feels like you are landing on skids rather than wheels. Its too firm

As a former pilot I'd be happy to help you test the aircraft and provide feedback should whoever is tweaking the model require it.

I'm having a problem where I can't put AI into the Co-Pilot, Loadmaster, and back crew positions from the mission editor, is there a fix of sort for this?

Oh wow amazing work. We have been using the old version for so long and it's great to see an updated version.

What I am missing from the original version is the radar that it had in the past and the hud of the co-pilot is somewhat empty when he enters the camera. Also if you go into "aim" mode as the gunner, you only zoom in and are not viewing from the top of the gun. But I can't even make mods so I'm suggesting nice to have things.

But if I could expess one wish. IRL the chinooks are agile and flight models in arma make it feel like it's a slow and heavy bus that can hardly slow down or make close turns. Maybe you could do something about it. Here is an acutal display of what the helicotper is capable off:
