@Okonomiyakiizawaa i can't access the mod manager and even i try playing normal campaign and my game just force close, LOL just what they update to the game. how do i fix it if i cant play it, we need to wait for further update.

Actually, you're probably Right,
I don't want to find out if this Game wraps Numbers back to the Negatives if you go too High

Wish there was a 7500% mod,
Reason being I've played with 500% rate and I think 1000%,
But those were kinda minor.

Also, Administration Cost appears to be only effected by Tech,
Least, stuff I've seen people change.
