Ah yeah I can see that. Didnt have any problems with it myself (just ran over the gap in the gel, worked fine) but i can see why its annoying and why youd want to fix it for a hammer version

Pretty cool but I'm not sure what the button that retracts the angled panel is supposed to be used for.
