Just turn off engine overheat. I do that for most aircraft that have that issue and they run like a dream.

engines catch fire quite easily 10/10 for realism in that department unless you have the propeller engines on low throttle the engines catch fire pretty quickly

This vehicle needs an edited workbench, if you don't have use the creation linked in the desc. that spawns it as a mission on the creative island instead
