Updated mod to v3.20
* Models now animate correctly in multiplayer dedicated servers.
* Miyuki replaces Francis instead of Louis (temporary)
* Tsukasa replaces Louis instead of Francis (temporary)
* Icons for Miyuki/Tsukasa swapped for L4D1 chars to reflect the above changes.

Sorry to everyone that ran into the animation issues with L4D1 characters on dedicated multiplayer servers.
This has now been fixed.

Character models/skeleton etc. are now based off jer's mod and will animate correctly when playing as both L4D1 and L4D2 survivors.
Random character selection icon updated to a Lucky Star themed icon.
Various other file name/pathing changes made.

Updated this mod to v2.0.
Miyuki now correctly replaces Coach/Louis and Tsukasa correctly replaces Ellis/Francis.
This mod should no longer conflict with other Lucky Star related mods (that does not replace survivor models).

@ Pike : As requested I have made separate mods for each character.
It took quite a bit of effort as the models were sharing a lot of data between them causing conflicts when used with each other (as separated mods). I hope they work correctly now :)

Pike: I can look into it. No promises that I'll succeed as I'm still learning the ropes for making mods :)

Will there be a version where the models are separate? I love all of them, but could they be released separately too?
