That's strange, there are only 3 possible locations and they're normally quite obvious. There is a random chance for a piece of intel to appear which will mark the ZU-23's location if collected.

Yeah unfortunately it's quite a big pack. It doesn't seem to contain anything from the major content mods on the workshop, but it relies on some of them (Ace, NIArms...).
Sorry about that, that seems to be linked to the Project OPFOR mod. I'd make sure you have it loaded, or you had it loaded then try un-subscribing and re-subscribing to it in case your version is corrupted.
I haven't encountered that issue before, but the AI can be troublesome. Is the issue resolved by just restarting the mission and getting them to join you again?
Thanks for the support dude! I messed around with the brightness and contrast in the 3den camera, but the screenshots were always washed out, so I just left them naturally dark to accurately depict gameplay.
