@Mad android , yes it works in any mode. Aslong Add-ons are enabled for that gamemode.

And also, can it work on singleplayer?

I wonder if it works with custom SI models

Absolutely love this mod its awesome really mixs things up! the last thing id like to report from my own usage is everything works great except the finale tanks now no longer have their music playing honestly i like it it makes the finale tanks scarier now they can sneak up on you))) i just wanted to let u kno in case u wanted that changed thanks again for this its epic)

this stuff is epic first thing i saw was same thing in vid a jockey jumped in front of me and boom hes a charger haha only "bug" i noticed was seemingly all specials with a l4d1 counterpart will now be or appear to be) their l4d2 model not really a problem just an observation nice job
