If stacks were reduced in size from vanilla (excluding o2 tanks) any stacks inside full submarine cabinets drop onto the floor with this mod, any chance you'll find a way to fix that, either by rebuffing said stacks or something else?

I don't know if this is a bug... but the "Boiler Suit" and "Mechanic's Jumpsuit" Provide 2 sets of -30% lacerations...?

I think it should be...
"Mechanic's Jumpsuit": -10% Blunt force trauma, -60% Lacerations, -10% Bite wounds, -10% Burn

"Boiler Suit": -10% Blunt force trauma, -30% Lacerations, -10% Bite wounds, -30% Burn

@Luff Yes - all players must be running the exact same version of the mod for it to be compatible. You can either use the "canonical" version, or everyone can modify their filelist to accommodate the changes.

@Jlobblet Aha! I see. Thank you for the answer. How does this work in multiplayer games by the way? I assume the game will give an error message if an xml isn't identical to the hosts' version?

@Luff You only need to remove the entry from filelist.xml. That will remove it from the mod as far as the game is concerned.

coilgun.xml contains changes to piercing ammo and physicorium ammo - no stacking. The "source xml" for my mod is on GitHub at https://github.com/Jlobblet/Barotrauma-Jlobblet-Tweaks , which shows a more condensed list of purely the changes in each file.

Hi! Thease tweaks look great. Quick question, I'm new to barotrauma and barotrauma modding. I was wondering, I looked through some of your comments here on this section as well as the mod files themselves.

I'd like to use this mod, but without buffing railguns. I haven't used em yet so I'd rather try out the default first. If I understand correctly, deleting ...Content\Items\Weapons\railgun.xml as well as the reference to it in filelist.xml would do the trick. Is this correct?

Also, i noticed there being a coilgun.xml file, the changes contained in this xml is only the stacking feature, right?

@Layarion that isn't really possible because of the way stacking works. The smaller max stack size always takes precedence. As-is, cabinets can store the maximum stack size anyway and the limiting factor is the stack size of the item. If I changed the stack size of the items up to allow them to max out in cabinets I would have to lose the distinct stack sizes in other inventories.

@OsirisRaptor: you could edit the mod locally to change all of the maxstacksize attributes to 8 (the default). I don't plan to produce an alternate version without the stacking changes right now.

As far as I'm aware that patch was a bugfix patch. Udrakan and I worked on the compat patch together on Sunday, so it should still work with the latest version of ITA.

After going back and forwards about it for about a month I reverted that nerf, and changed the deconstruction recipe. This was my original solution but I wasn't sure if I liked leaving people with fractional elastin - I have decided now that I don't mind.

I noticed you changed the Plastiseal recipe to produce 1. It's kinda useless to make 1 Plastiseal from 1 Bandage and 1 Elastin bag. Bandages are enough to stop bleeding most of the time so its a waste to use Plastiseal.

Maybe it should have 2 uses and heal half as much on each use?
If it's because of the deconstruction recipe, why not just modify that?

@Agitatio unfortunately it's an unavoidable side effect (as far as I can control) of reducing the stack size of certain items. You could modify the submarine to have smaller amounts of items, or just play clean up (or order bots to do it).

Wish JT didn't make some items drop out from lockers/containers on new subs, but I guess there's not way around it? Especially for custom subs.

Here's what happened: somehow workshop updates force the updated mod to the bottom of the load order. This mod got forced to the bottom and thus stopped working. It's unpatched ITA that makes morphine, fentanyl, opium and other healing non-buff items stack x8 even if JT is installed, but now it works.

Now that my Utility balance patch is done, I'll also make that Jlobblet Tweaks + EK : Utility patch if that's ok with you. It'd be easier for me to make a thumbnail image if you sent me the background without the title so I can make it look like JT+ITA's thumbnail.

Morhpine and opium only stack to 4. Bandages and plastiseal stack to 8. Do you have another mod enabled that changes opium/morphine?

As for EK Utility I don't have particularly strong urge to make a patch for it, assuming EK was interested in the first place. The main aim of the mod is at editing vanilla content - the patch with ITA is resolving changes that both mods make to vanilla content.

Is it on purpose that while saline/blood, poisons and buffs stack to 4, healing items such as morphine and opium stacks to 8?

What do you think about a patch for EK : Utility because its reinforced oxygen tanks stack to 8? I could make an XML that changes the stacking. And fail at XML, but succeed after a few tries. EK:U has a recipe that crafts 4 tanks at once, so it might have to be removed.

I hate item stacking on mags because you cant differentiate. You can't make every third shot phosphorus, every second harpoon explosive etc
