Just copy and paste to console all line.

When i type bind z show_menu Cross / bind z "show_menu Cross"
It does not give me any respond
It just said bid <key> command these stuff

attach a command to the key say when you dont take console command to quotes Every time take in quotes all console command when want to bind it to a key. EVERY TIME !

Names shows through textures by default and this command just add hp count in the end of players name.

Its just console command which enable teammate's hp showing.

I dont know what is your problem, but mod tested many times on two different pc and it work perfectly. Check other addons which can conflict.
