These errors unfortunately appear no matter what the other mods in the load order are. Even when its the ONLY mod.

Even if the mod were to function despite this, It will make it more difficult to troubleshoot in the future.

This mod looks awesome but sadly i cant use it.

Alas, I don't do youtube. I do have some feedback! If I use the command "harvest fully grown" from another mod, it picks up all the grass. Is there a way to change grass so I don't try to harvest it?

Thank you! You should give it a try, but it'll have to be on a new save as my mod replaces all vanilla trees with custom ones. I'm working on repairing things as I go, and it gets hard sometimes, but I'm doing my best. The most unplayable part of the mod has been fixed now (there was previously no way to get mixed logs) thankfully, so it's just a matter of getting things in better order. Changing the trees back to vanilla and changing all my texture paths is the next giant hurdle I need to face.

@Hafiz yeah, that's my intent! Like I said, I couldn't figure out how to add the recipe which is why it didn't come out in this release. I am also suffering when i play, lmao. I fully understand the issue. It also comes from vanilla timbershrooms. I recommend avoiding structures that require vanilla logs until I release the next update. Permanent summer biomes are useful to avoid needing fuel, also no royalty since you can't fuel the fires. I know it's inconvenient, but it's playable.

@Hafiz The types are for colors, really! In a future update I'm going to have a recipe to combine wood into "mixed logs" which is the vanilla wood. It wasn't included in this update because I can't figure out how to add recipes to things and right now my wood isn't considered actual wood because animals will eat it lmao. Stacking mods can really help, I know it's inconvenient right now but I definitely wanted this feature. Also, currently vanilla timbershrooms (there's two variations of timbershrooms right now, a bug that i'm going to be fixing in the next update) still produce mixed logs.

If you're getting a lot of wood you don't want, feed it to your animals. I know that's weird, but I'm not complaining about that particular bug lmao.

I think there are too many wood types. This make the old building on the map become mostly wood and storage also become a bit of problem. I suggest need to reduce a bit wood types like use only these; soft wood(bamboo, cactus, mushroom), normal wood(vanilla wood), hard wood(oak, teak) and exotic wood (for beauty). The mod really good overall.

@Douez Unfortunately, the new wood can't be used for things like that yet. That'll be resolved in an upcoming update, I just wanted to get an update out since i've been sitting on it. I recommend hoarding and buying any "mixed wood logs" you see, because you can't naturally get it outside of starting scenario and traders, but it's required for things like campfires, bridges, and wooden floors. It's possible to play around this problem, but it's sure annoying lmao. I'm trying to iron out problems like that before I start adding in new content again. The recipes are a bit harder for me to figure out lol.

The only issue would be trees that bear fruit, as they can only drop one thing when harvested. It'd probably be more advantageous to have them focus on the fruit, rather than trying to code some C# nightmare just to get them to drop wood along with the fruit. I'll be adding in recipes that let you stain/paint wood, there should be plenty of colors tbh.

I mostly need to figure out how dropdown menues work so that I can start making flooring for all the different wood types. I know it can be done in XML, at least.

thanks! it turns out those problems i was having wasn't part of this mod, it was part of my personal texture pack that hella broke when the game updated, i took it out and everything works as it should. it's just a matter of working on the broken stuff that is here. trying to work out all the bugs i've got before i even start adding new plants/stuff.

I considered an alternative to the tree + wood log problem, I could replace all the vanilla trees with a custom version. I initially didn't want to do that for compatibility reasons, but then I realized people probably won't be installing mods that alter vanilla trees since my mod does everything you could want lmao. With custom trees, I can make them drop the wood I want.

Anyway, since the growing and stockpile zones are pretty damn important, I consider that game breaking despite the fact the game is perfectly playable (on hard mode lmao) without them. For the life of me can't figure out what's causing it. But I HAVE been working on it! Been doing a lot of bugfixing too, haven't added any new plants yet because Sleepy but I've been working on fixing and updating the content that I've already added. I've got designs picked out for the Guaranlen plant and the mushrooms, i need to find the image path for those so I can add them, and I'm going to completely re-do the anima tree and grass. I've got designs picked out for all of it, I just need to get them drawn.

@Vakaria It's coming! I've got my game working, but right now I'm dealing with some severe game breaking issues that I don't know the cause of lmao. I can't place down growing zones or stockpile zones. Been building warehouses filled with shelves while I figure things out, nothing's working. Thankfully my test colony has been able to find enough food to last the three years I've had them going, enough plants grow wild now that coupled with hunting, they're not doing so bad. Also I've been forcing them to eat kibble but that's beside the point LOL.

Taranchuk is pretty amazing at C+ stuff though he charges per hour for that kind of stuff. He is usually quite efficient with the time though depending on what it is,

Thanks! Carpentry will come after I figure out how to get different trees to drop the wood. It may require C# coding, which I have no knowledge in. If I'm unable to get help I may have to leave it as it is and get to the carpentry bits. For now, the wood functions as normal wood does. It spawns as weapons and in ruins, so aside from traders, that's the only place you can get it from. Limited fancy resource stuffs! I'll focus on it once I get art updated to 1.3 plants and ideology. After that comes textile resources, having to make cloth instead of just getting it out of plants. There's already raw cotton, devilstrand, etc in the mod, but it can only be obtained from merchants at the moment and has no use other than reselling.

Not yet! My game is currently broken and I can't figure out which mods are doing it (It's not mine, I believe), so I have to work through that and the fatigue isn't improving. I've been drawing a lot more though, so once I figure out how to fix my game I'll get to adding in the new plants and updating this to 1.3! Didn't manage to get all the wood logs in after all, but the wood types are spawning and the logs can be purchased from traders, so that's a start.
