So, don't mean to be annoying, but are you ever planning to update this to make the hood & trunk openable? You said you might consider doing such in the future.

Other skins like the NYPD skins, and Los Angeles skins dont come up right for some reason. They are a dark red or blue

No worries :). I don't actually animate any hoods on any of my cars, the most recent ones are either mostly rigged, or bodygrouped.

you need to have a vmt in order to have your skin show up. vtf is your actual texture

I removed the skidding sound with the recent update. If the autoupdating of the addon didn't work, reinstall it as I won't be able to solve something thats on your end.

@CTV to be honest I don't know what did you removed but that tire sound is still there

Okay, now that I've actually tested it I've got another one:
Make bonnet openable via a bone rather than a bodygroup (the main advantage this would have is if someone made a Gmod video with this vehicle they could animate a character opening the hood, whereas with a bodygroup they'd have to have it opened by the character offscreen, since it would otherwise look like it "popped" open rather than gently opened)

@TheCarson116 - Actually these features were considered but were not really what Sileighty and North City desired, so in the interest of time they were not implemented. They did not use VCMod and thus preferred to photon it instead. The trunk had some separate issues that made it not practical to make it openable. Of course that doesn't mean I won't consider these as future additions, but only that I don't have any current plans of implementing them now.

While I haven't tested this addon out yet, I have 2 initial recommendations:
#1: VCMod ELS-enabled police version (ever since Perryn took down his we haven't had a VCMod ELS-compatible 8th-gen Impala)
#2: Openable trunk (if it has an interior at least)

In the sense that whenever I turn on the headlights, all the rear lights will turn on and stay on until I turn the headlights back off.

This isn't really a bug. Almost all of these depend on the map surface. Source will play the skidding sounds as long as any wheel loses traction with any surface. Either way however, I've removed the skidding sound to avoid further issues.

There is a bug with the sound effect of a drifting wheels I guess that it tends to activate in very odd places
drive with speed slightly above parked ? boom sound appear when turning
drive onto elevated area without even touching A or D on keyboard ? boom sound appears
crash into something ? SOUND APPEARS
Drive in straight line ? sound may appear
Its REALLY annoying thing when you just drive and it appear for a second and then cuts moment later so I would love if this could be fixed by either working a bit on when does this sound should activate or removing it at all

@Mantha. Aren't they suppose to do that though? I mean, if your driving in the dark you need your rear lights illuminated as well.

Hell yeah! I never thought I'd see the day where someone makes a W-Body GM vehicle in GMOD! It's something else seeing your favorite engine modeled in GMOD. Now we just need a Grand Prix to add onto the W-Body vehicles!
