@hedgehog gaming that is exactly what I was meant to say. The move a very decent and the character has awesome range. However, the sprite is slightly odd. Other than that, well round character.
Hopefully this character can get another sprite.

You might need to resprite this character, the current sprites really don't fit in the Rivals style at all. Too many mixels.

So I think it's really good, but you should edit a few things:
First, add a turn around animation, it's a bit jarring when it just switches to quickly, with no smooth-over frames.
Second, Maybe reduce the Side Special Charge Time, it take a really long time.
Third, Just quicken some attacks a bit, they're sorta hard to land at the moment.
Otherwise it's a good character. Keep up the good work!
