I recommend using other retaining walls packs.
I have an idea if at all possible, is there a way to make the opposite side of the wall (where it doesn't have a face and is see through) to make it solid with a similar back wall texture to the other side? it's hard to really force terrain to the sides of roads and or get a cliff like edge to match up with the wall.
Oh and for those who struggle using this , place a really long wall (with at least 4 segments AND curved one way) then use the move it mod to change the curve shape and placement of the nodes.
^^^
If you want more segments, use the network multitool and add segments in the middle areas and use the move it tool to get the desired shape/ locations (do not do this at end segment pieces with the slopes other wise you'll need to redo it all)
The final segment seems to face the right way only when I have 4 or more segments and I'm using the free-form tool and not the curved tool.
Maybe this has changed in the last year or so since release of the asset?
Still thankful of this asset anyway.
to all the users whining ...3rd Segment is ugly to me.......RTFM!!
Finally a valid criticism, added.
It appears that many users are just jumping ahead without first *reading the instructions*. Shocking, I know! And surely inconceivable! But yet, it does seem to happen, somehow....
And then all those id... uh.... 'users' who haven't *read the instructions* then blame the asset for not working, instead of their own stu...uh... 'not reading of the instructions'.
If you just draw out a straight line to start with, you'll end up with the third segment sloping the 'wrong' way. The third segment will slope in the correct direction *if* you draw out a curved line initially (which you can then straighten with Move It) - exactly as it says to do *in the instructions*.
So, if you *follow the instructions* these walls work great, and there's no need to pay attention to people who clearly aren't doing so.
