I'm digging through your workshop and finding lots of other great stuff.
Thumb ups and adding lots to my list of favorites!
Please keep up the great work!!!
These parking lots can t be visitied ...
I decided against that in order to prevent unnecessary tourist traffic ...therfore i suggest tmpe and/or the usage of these lots near streets without street parking.
It also becomes a lot more important as the city grows and density goes up (logically).
@clus -- Thanks for a really nice asset. Your work is appreciated
@MerleDixon ...and that is the way this game works. I can t change that, only the developer can. The only way arround that is to use tmpe, with its integrated advanced parking ai feature.
The decals dependency is what should allow cars to park there when the item is plopped, but based on what the mod author said below, it looks like they're automagically added when you plop the item.
Apologies for the lack of certainty, I only just subbed to this myself and haven't had a chance to try it yet. Looking forward to it though -- good parking options are a boon for traffic management.
So many questions so little time :)
And yes... there is no tmpe magic involved ;) just the native vanilla parking behaviour ... with the help of the parking decals of course. ;)
@clus I love parking lots that I can plop down. I don't always feel like detailing, so when I can plop a nice looking parking lot or anything for that matter, I love it. I enjoy and use a lot of your works. Thank you!
@hastalikoFgame those parking lots "work", therefore the cars are actual parked cars and no props. I've created (for my own save) some lots with mixed spots, which means that some spots are just decorated with car props and some other spots work like these on this parking lot.... to achieve that result, I created working and non working versions of the decals. (In order to prevent cars in game to park on the prop cars)
@MrMiyagi I am quite surprised how successful this upload is (I would have never thought that !)... but I guess there a lot of people like us, who like to quickly fill their empty spaces in the city ! :) I really love these quick and easy solutions ;)
