@Cobra Unturned has a limit of 255 items regardless of any backpack sizes. I've tried dragging items into empty slots to bypass pressing F but the game crashes after certain amount of items obtained. I'm not sure how many though.
You can try that too but remember to manual save frequently in case of crashes.

I don't know why, but there's some sort of limit on how many items I can put in the 10x50 backpack.I can only use about half of the storage cells. Can someone help me with this?
