Yes, you can change the weather if you make a local copy. Click the edit button, then click the “environment” in the top left and change the template to either “sunny, sunset, rain, foggy, night”

I tried this with Lee Chemicals. It's more difficult than you think since custom maps are saved as a completely different format with no similarities at all.
