Can u just change the space marine option to give a primarch or something? Ive tried four different kinds of space marines now, and i still cant get the orbital exterminatus to work. Or just get rid of the second building or something.

As far as I test. When you research the tier 11 Orbital Exterminatus you unblock the exterminatus option in the tactic
The radar building is just require for special ore for the operation

hey i was using this mod in a space marine game i researched all of the required technology and built the required building but i never got the operation
