It wont work.

Redownload scrap mechanic, subscribe to the mod. If it works on yours and you didn't copypaste any files into your directory, then it'll work on others', so long as they're using the same version of the game.

How would I test if a mod works on someone else's computer? I only have the one.

That's weird...
Just want to make sure you're playing on the test branch, otherwise I suppose the mod somehow only works on my computer and my friends' computers...
...In that second case, I have no idea what to do...

You connect a button to it, hit it, or shoot it to spawn a bot.
I'm not sure if it works outside the test branch, so make sure to right click, hit "Properties...", go to betas, and finally select "test - Public test" from the drop down.
