Updated: The box collider was too large for the item and was causing errors in placement. Should fit within its own boundaries now! (Might require un-subbing and re-subbing).

This cannot be placed anywhere near anything at all - was able to put it in middle of floor, and in middle of empty window sill...everywhere else get the "not enough space" error message.
