i also really like this character
Not sure if it's a feedback, but I find PM too hard to use in some moments. For example, I get that it's important to use the Chest, but I noticed that during a tough fight I can't barely use it. And the vellumental attacks require a specific move to call Olivia base on the type of the attack, but as I said, during the fight I don't feel like reading text on how to activate the attack.
That said, I've never felt the need to spam attacks like calling Bobby or Bowser, which has always made my way of attacking different.
Congrats again for this character - it's amazing and I think you did an amazing job.

First off, there are a lot of moves that make no noise unless they actually hit, like Dair and Grounded Uspecial, it feels a lot more unfinished without the sounds.
Second, maybe edit some moves so they don't have so much endlag? Like, Utilt has way too much endlag, especially for an attack that seems it should be used for juggling.
Finally, you might want to edit Dstrong, because the fact that it just cancels your attack if you hold it for too long is kinda bad. I would edit it so that it's a multihit into the strong projectile, and I'd change it to be chargable before the spin.
You might also want to fix the Water Vellumental Crash too.
Other than those few things, great character! Really fun!
I adore this. But there are alot of bugs as to when i made the cpu have invincibility frames always. And i didnt come accross the 1000 fold arms....idk if its like really rare or something
