Easy. Open this mod using RPFM, delete some lines that have character names you dont want, save the file and you are done.

Hi! I'm not sure why but Gongsun Zan spawns as a water general instead of a fire general when using this mod and it causes him unable to equip his own weapon. Is it possible to fix this?

Kinda defeats the purpose of this complete mod but is it possible to have this done in a single format so for us few can choose who we want in our games instead of having all join us then kick them out ,as I'm personally doing a what if play through with another mod thats re adds He jin into the new 200 start date. :)

they will be hired by other factions, the higher the hero level the higher chance they will immediately be assign to leading an army

yeah, I know but someone might want those characters. you can still easily kick them out if you dont want them.
