You might wanna re-sub the shelf again in order to work properly. As Melodious Dreams wrote, sometimes Steam doesn't update the changes immediately. It works fine in my game, so I'm sorry if I can't do other things to make it work for you.

That's odd, Poms. I just tried it and it's working perfectly for me, now! Sometimes my game doesn't update things right away when the creators make a change. Maybe that's the case for you?
