The skin menu only changed the style. Go on Gmod and see for yourself

It's a skin for the Long-Sleeve shirt. Right click on the model and it should have a "Skin" menu. It's in there. OR use the Bodygroup Tool.

I have that, but it doesn't have the original white. It only comes in grey

Ah, right. The old model got copyright trolled right off the workshop. You'll need to find a reupload and apply the texture yourself. Sorry to say. This is fairly old.
