My wife just showed me this. Literally just the Cultured Meat mod but better presentation and has human meat, eggs, and milk. Sad it isn't updating directly anymore. The graphics for the synthetics are pretty solid.

This is a must-have and, quite frankly, it's stupid that this isn't already in the base game or even Vanilla Expanded.

@Kitsune, nasceu galinha sintetica no mapa depois de um evento, ou vanilla ou do vanilla expanded, unicos mods que mexem com eventos que tenho sao os Van Expanded, é normal ? kkkk

@Zitronenjoghurt yeah sadly is quicker stacking tilled soil, irrigation and biosolids fertilizing from Dub's bad hygiene mod, but those need more research overall and making a setup of that is more complicated, using a Lab growth like this is less complicated, but sadly you can't speed up, but it need less pawn work and the other I mentioned. I would call it "balanced".

Is there some way to enhance the growth speed? It just takes ages to grow and I dun think its worth the ressources because the meat yield is near zero, what am I doing wrong? (I grow synthetic beef at 21°C and light level 50%)

and it would make sense to grow square meats because they are easier to work with because if you place cylinder meats next to each other there will be holes

The patch you made almost works, but there's several typos that can be easily fixed:
Defs/TerrainDef should be Defs/ThingDef
@Name should be defName
Change those and it should be good to go. Great mod btw :)
Though you could also remove those two ThingDefs and just leave synthetic beef around (using PatchOperationRemove). That's up to you though.

Just a small note - the description says the following:

I also use optimization: meats and I was having the issue others are having, but then I put this mod after optimization:meats, and it works fine for me now

I had a random crop growth event and suddenly there were synthetic beef patties growing out of the ground. May wanna see if there's a way to prevent random crop sprouts from using the synth-meat 'crops'.

I'm never able to harvest anything, whats up with that? It just deteriorates or gets cut before its ready :(

Using the optimisation : meats mod with this is causing me issues - nothing seems to be harvested when at 100%, they just replant a new crop, with nothing useful being produced

I'm also getting the same issue that @Pim pointed out - where the meat never fully grows and its growth rate is stuck at 50%. It is NOT due to any mod conflicts, after investigating I found out how to fix the issue.

In the mod folder there is a file called Plants_Cultivated_Farm.xml which has all of the meat "plants" listed, the defs for each type of meat have the following lines:

<growMinGlow>0</growMinGlow>

this should be replaced with these 2 lines:

<growMinGlow>-100</growMinGlow>
<growOptimalGlow>.1</growOptimalGlow>

Do that for each item (Chicken/Beef/Muffalo/Milk/Eggs)

The easy way around this is by placing a sun lamp by the meat synthesis station which also fixes the issue. (tested)

I really love the concept of this mod but I was wondering, my muffalo meat is losing HP when it's being grown and the growth rate is also 50%. Is there any conditions such as temperature or light that I'm missing?
