No, it only affects players. I'm not sure GMod supports a good way to modify NPC movement speed on the fly (it's probably a limitation with the Source engine).

you should add an optional feature that can be enabled and disabled that makes it so that your stamina drains faster if you're at a certain health threshold

Really cool addon. I created a zombies survival gamemode with my friends and this will definitely add an extra challenge. Thank you!

Is it possible to create an overhealing addon. Where if you have more HP than maximum, it'll drain until you reach max HP again, similar to Wolfenstein.

Updated to fix the commands and make compatible with Stopping Power. Was a pretty simple and goofy mistake lol
