@Spooky Spiders: I don't think that's true as long as they don't affect the checksum. I just tested mthis mod and it seems to work just fine.

Yes any mods will make Ironman mode inaccessible

I'm fairly certain you can play this with Ironman mode and still get achievements. If you want to be sure, enable the mod, and when you turn Ironman mode on, you should have a green tick (meaning achievements are enabled) rather than a yellow one (which is Ironman, minus achievements).
