Good spell, I can't wait till you add more, few problems though. The spell book overlaps with lightning rune for starters, secondly when I go to the instant kill cam, the spell aims down and doesn't hit shit, lastly sometimes it does no damage for me atleast. Other than that really good spell, keep it up.

reminds me of a book series where there is a witch that releases a blackish purple flame that envelopes people and curses them to serve her in death but until then they gain powers that they can use at the expense of their health leading them to a quicker death but theres a specific legion (the main characters) that fight against them using the powers against the witches minions because of a pact their commander made with the witch for their souls or some such thing all in all it sounds bad a$$ and op as all get out :P but subbing none the less

There might be a error somewhere other than that I'm sorry but I don't know if it was caused by me or some other complication within the game itself. I will tell you if i find anything.

powers of the demon sounds like multipule spells because of the powers should be power(s)

To get the Spell Tome just go in your console and search for it by typing " help sinister " it should show up them if not I will try to find the issue but I'm new to modding Skyrim hope I can do so.

Now i would like to ask where or how do i get the "Spell Tome"

It's Suppossed to be a invisible aura that floats around in your hand that when cast brings a unrelenting wave of spirit fire, that continues to burn almost eternally. Thus the name Sinister, it's sinister in its own way. Hope that helped.
