Looks too similar to the Trench Topper that was added recently. It's got nice model and texture quality, and it certainly wouldn't hurt to add it to the game, but when Valve did a little blog post on how they critique Workshop items, one of the criteria is that there isn't an item in the game that looks the same/serves the same purpose.
