1. Ninja Ripper, it rips everything rendered on your screen to be editable in any 3D modelling software such as 3DS Max or Blender, but it messes up UV maps and the model looks messed up
2. The one I said earlier, get a male/female boss template from the SRIV clothing SDK (I believe it's called that) and you have to somehow extract the clothing models from the game's files, align them to the boss in the 3D modelling software and keep working on it
Extra method: Maybe ask the original porter? I don't know lol
so now the question is, how the F the original porter managed to do it xD
Anyhow, I don't think we can port customized characters, I think the parameters for the customization are locked inside the game, so you might not be able to use it outiside the game
I eventually tried to port them myself but I failed because I was lacking few stuff (scripts and stuff), so I came across a GTA San Andreas mod of it, downloaded it and made a Gmod addon of it (It's not impossible considering there is a female and male boss templates provided by one of the official SRIV SDKs, you just have to export the clothing item and hairstyle of your preference and you have to fit them together then export it as a whole)
@AdvisoryCookie
Viola and Kiki should be fairly doable, I'll give them a shot
AFAIK it was impossible to port the Boss from any Saints Row game
