That's what I should do.
The pixel shader need to be downloded from a link on its page description and extracted to the mod folder in the game files. It took me way to long to figure that out. OTL
Funnily enough I didn't test this on steam, and had the same problem when I tried it just now. I unsubbed then resubbed to the familiars race mod and that fixed it!
When in doubt, unsub and resub, lol

Yeah this mod just replaces the marking colours with new ones that are very VERY slightly transparent. Basically 255 alpha value is fully opaque and the colours used to make things fullbright are 254.
Yes it does, since it only affect the color and not the sprite itself. Im not sure how it will handle mods that changes or adds custom colors tough,,,
