Has there been any update if the author has fully stepped away from modding or if anybody else is working on porting this to game 3?

for some reason it keeps saying that I dont deserve the mutations of chaos, around 12 times in a row. Is something wrong?

This is a super fun mod. Had a lot of fun and weird combinations that made my campaign more interesting. Of course it is pretty hilariously broken balance wise, but I think its fine for a mod like this. The only thing this is really missing is allowing customization with mod config.

So...ive got a mage lord, I REALLY don't want to lose him, but the next gift selection turns him into a spawn, every single time...Is this the only thing he's going to get from now on or am i just being really unlucky?

@DutchmanX Chaos Dwarfs mutate in a much more "stable" way than other chaos servants, mostly of the bull/shadow/fire related kind, as that is what Hashut is all about, so they should have a reduced list of mutations, or at least it should make those much more likely than others.

I would love to see these mutations somehow make it in as options for Custom Battles. Also seeing some model changes similar to the mutations in Mordheim for some units could also be fun.

Hi! First of all, wanted to say, that this is a great mod, it brought a lot of fun into my Norsca campaign.

There are, however, a few things you should probably check:
1. Characters can get the same mutation multiple times, they won't receive any bonuses from it though.
2. Some units (not heroes or lords, just some random Chaos Warriors) in AI armies can get the mutation for some reason. They will annihilate your whole units with one cast. Probably shouldn't happen.

Just had a really funny one at the start of my Oxyotl campaign where the Khrag garrison's general spawned with the Fire Breath mutation.
Unfortunately the general was a unit of Marauder Champions and my Oracle was incinerated in a split-second, and they proceeded to take turns roasting his corpse in dragonfire until I quit the battle.
It was delightfully unexpected, but probably not something I'd like to experience again.

Is there any chance tier per faction ? (i mean for exemple chaos got more chances to get mutated than beastmen, which themselves have more chances than norsca)

Maybe there should be a mechanic where a god gives you a quest and you have to complete it to get some really cool mutation. That would be cool.

I think it'd be nice if characters were guaranteed to get the specific god dilemma for getting the immortality trait. This mod's real good.

@stiginge-oy, Regarding the "electric touch" mutation damaging the unit who has it in the form of lightning from above, I noticed it has something to do with underground walled settlements (dwarf, orcs and skaven) as the above ground it worked as intended. Also is it supposed to reveal the unit if it was hidden? My brey-shaman with the chameleon mutation keeps being revealed as the electricity pulses.

First of all, fantastic mod. I love it to death, it makes the generic beastmen lords I have played so often feel fresh and new since you never know what mutations they might get. I do have a question though, with some characters I get the text. " You fool, you don't deserve gifts of Ruinous powers." Does that mean my chracter already has the max amount of mutations or is his level not high enough?

Both my own heroes with the traits, and as far as I could tell units around them. Lightning was constantly striking them as far as effects go.

Hey, Electrical Touch is damaging the heroes that have it in my game, slowly killing them which is a pain in long sieges. They were part of a reinforcing army if that helps.

You should give visual changes to the simple mutations such as thick fur, extra arm, or rotting flesh. You can even just give the character with rotting flesh just a sickly color on their skin. Start small and work your way up.

My Kloven Beastlord doesn't have any "chance for mutations" on his skill tree. Do I have to unlock the skill first?
