Kinda surprised you aren't familiar with opening VPK files if you're running a server, but in that case getting it from him via Discord is probably your best bet.

@PlayLife if you sub to this, your computer should download the files locally into your local workshop folder (for this one, I believe it would be steamapps\workshop\content\224260\2427871497 )

Inside will be a VPK file, extract it and you'll have the files you need.
