That's because the mod hasn't been updated. I don't own the dlc so I'd have to do it completely blind. I doubt that I'd have the time or interest to do it any time soon.

This can be used as a hotfix for saves broken by update which prevent characters from taking culture-specific legacies. I enable, load, get the legacy, save, disable, reload.

Your update for the new DLC doesn't seem to work. I poked around in the files, and found the problem: the "legacy perks" themselves check for a trigger with a different name scheme than the previous FP legacies. You modified "eligible_for_fp3_dynasty_legacies_trigger", but that doesn't exist; the vanilla perks check "eligible_for_fp3_khvarenah_legacy_trigger" in the can_be_picked block.
Easy fix: match the vanilla name scheme. Applied the fix on my end, tested it, it works.

All of the mod content is based around giving easier access to dlc content, so there is nothing it could even do if you don't own any of it.

I added the new legacies. I don't own the new dlc so I have no way of testing it, but it should work in theory. Please let me know if you have any problems with the mod.

Some DLC Dynastic Legacies require a specific cultural root to take, this mod removes that requirement.

The mod has been updated to support legacies from Fate of Iberia and also fixed the issue of legacies not showing up properly.

2. Originally the AI had restrictions but I removed it because I like it this way. Making a game rule for it is possible, but I didn't bother because nobody had asked for it until now. Could be something to look into for the next update.

I like the modification a lot but I have two questions about the future of the mod. 1. Are there plans to support future new dynasty lines that will come with the DLC? 2) Do you plan to make it so that it only works for the player? Because there is no renown balance between dynasties, so the more powerful dynasties have an advantage and get these bonuses faster anyway at the beginning of the game in this earliest stage.
