The mod used to load fine, but PDX fucked up river supply calculations, it is known

I figured out why it takes 15 minutes to load, the river.bmp file doesn’t work (its made wrong)

@Edouard_Saladier Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I open the file in GIMP and right click the layer, click edit, and turn the opacity down to around 5. However when I re-export and load the game nothing happens. Additionally, I don't want to turn the city lights down, just make them only appear in Victory points. Thanks

@abeisking rivermap is done for this map, but for some reason it refuses to work

The city lights are actually the colormap_rgb_cityemissivemask_a.dds files, located in map/terrain
The lights are defined through opacity, aka full opacity = full lights, transparency = no lights
I suggest using 5/255 opacity rather than 0 opacity as some software make transparent pixels full blakc/white which is not what we want

I have the same problem myself but with a different map resource. I don't think Saladiar does city lights because when I check the city.bmp file it is one color. I don't know how to fix it though. But it probably involves editing it

You will need to add start point, merge points, split points to the river file, and make sure that the river only is 1px thick
(Attention: the rivers that merge into another must not have a source point)

finding it impossible to form states? am i missing some step i have to do to be able to create a state on your map?
I tried creating state thought your base mod but no i cant delete or change mods there.
then i tried copying your map and editing it there but still not good. its seems to me that editing it in anyway has been locked. some help would be nice.
