@Pewex - I've moved your comments to the discussion board, which I created after you posted because you offered quite a bit of feedback - If you have any other constructive criticisms, please post it there. Thanks :)

31K tris? ;)
I think assets made by both of you (especially EvametryE or GiometryE) are designed not quite for this game engine.
I believe you both could do assets for majority of gamers and for a few only (although even best PC apparently doesn't help here much).

So yeah - both of you have pretty assets but they are best left on a display as they are not quite usable. Maybe when CO finally makes the game a lot better in handling your enormous work.
It's always nice to watch your assets in the screenshots.

Id definitly be up for talking about possible future commissions or collabs.

Its a shame that i simply cant use this building in any of my builds because of the textures but if you are happy with the result i can understand that.

@EvametryE - Thanks for your feedback! Compared to your assets (which are all beautiful), I understand that you're commenting as a veteran asset creator. I know some people could probably execute it differently, but I think it's perfect; so many of the ultra detail buildings, including some of yours, make my FPS struggle - I have to be very picky about which ones I use.
Also, not much game-time is spent super close, let alone looking down at the roof; first person view looks beautiful, it fits in well with all of the custom assets I have, and the file size is reasonable for a building of this size - so making it any more detailed would actually be a drawback.
If you'd like to collaborate on other future projects, I'd be happy to talk.

Sadly this isn't that good, it has 2k textures but in many areas it just looks like 1k or worse. the proportions are way off on some parts, and the plaster sadly is just a plain white color without any texture whatsoever.

The texel density is also all over the place causing different parts of the roof texture to have uneven resolution and visible seams in some places.

Impressive!
