Found the error
In the CE patch
It supposed to be ToxicResistance but instead it is ToxicSensitivity
Changing that fixed the issue

Yeah something is really wrong with the CE version. Can't craft the helmets. And if I try to equip it the inventory turn into a real mess.

The wicked helmet and mask are missing from the machining table. They show up in the research but their info pages are empty.
