i had to look this up and read on it on wikipedia after i saw these

As a Vancovuerite. Yes, leaky condos were a thing for a very long time. Most of the buildings have been remediated now and it is rarely seen anymore. This design reflects what was often seen while remediation was happening with the scaffolding and green safety net. The building Smilies has designed here does not reflect any building you see in Vancouver. Just an FYI.
Not to take away from the asset, Smilies has done a wonderful job. It looks amazing, as do all his assets. In fact, most of Smilies assets reflect Vancouver in many ways.

And even with the mould, a ground floor unit still costs $700k - great asset nonetheless!

Thought it would be a typical modern british housing - so-called apartments, very pricey and it takes just 2 years for them to be ... leaky ;)
