If I had to guess, it could be if one of the eternal enemies (a specific one, don't know which would work best) spawns in a room.
Actually, that's kinda funny. Do you think you could update ENA to say that line in relation to one of the eternal enemies? (or perhaps some other scenario, like getting a good item)

I don't know if you're going to make a tainted version or not, but thought I'd share this idea on the off chance you were looking for one. Not sure how hard this would be to code, or if it's at all balanced.

The idea would be that every item is a HP up or defensive item (Essentially the opposite of T.Lost), and that after every 6 rooms, the d4 effect occurs. (Alternatively just give the player the d4).

Just found this as the Modding Update for Rep came out.
Love that they start out with Missing No.

Actually the modding update came out today, I'll get it up and running soon!

I will look into getting ENA working for Repentance! Might take a while depending on how readily available and usable the new modding tools are. For now, she works with AB+

Due to repentance disabling mods for a little bit I may not be able to finish the lazarus retexture. Also it may change how modding works so idk.

Turns out you have to UNLOCK MissingNo before you start with it. So if you want to play as ENA with MissingNo, either use my other mod (Linked in the description) or else beat Boss Rush with Lazarus
