Need a mod that adds formations from homeworld... like wall...

This mod is not for skills. In the original, for each formation, the captain must have a certain number of stars. To use all fleet formations, these requirements have been reset and any captain can now use any formation.

Is there no skill learning? f.e. more stars = more stable formations hold..

For what ? Mod unlocks formations.

Is it possible to set all formatios to 5* by this mod?

I believe this is a problem with X4 itself. Formations are finicky and don't always work correctly or well, and sometimes won't even apply. The fact that it is happening with vanilla 0-star formations for you only reinforces that, as those formations are essentially untouched by the mod. Are the unassigning themselves immediately, or after a period of time passes? The former I experienced in vanilla before I made this.

Having an issue with certain formations not sticking when selected. Oddly enough, some of those are the 0 stars ones, such as line astern.
