You can even adjust the unit better for the role of the legendary squad.
I think this will be a great solution for submod SFO.
However, there are a couple of things to which there are questions. Most of your units are really quite well balanced, but Aes Volrath is a wild IMBA.
But I noticed that the characteristics of their shells are 100% identical to those of the Avadrome. However, the problem is that the Avadrome in the squad is TEN times less than the archers. And if such characteristics are quite acceptable for the Avadrome, given the small number of troops, then they are excessive for archers. In other words, you probably messed up something and made the damage characteristics of Aes Vollrath the same as those of Avadrome, although they should be at least 5-7 times less there.
You can leave the characteristics as they are, but then make a limit of 1-2 units per faction.
Will the mod be updated in the future?
This mod is soooo beatiful and makes teclis feel a real powerhouse.
If i may i one mroe sugestion whenever u can can u make the standalone version of the forge that also affect teclics skills and add the LL in the Asur when confederated if u have time and u want it.

is causing heavy issues on your mod:
- it turns the Teclis starting units back to the vanilla ones
- it screws up the starting military building
- it makes the 3 extra LLs unavailable to recruit
I hope you might find some time to fix these issues (I also post this to the other mod)
Or to make a submod wioth the ability for the vanilla buiding to be accesible due to the sheer volume of mods that use the vanilla building

I have only a minor sugestion ,can u make your version of temple of asuryan
closer to the vanilla one so your mod will be more compatible with other mods that are script dependent on the original building without needing to make campatibility mods liek the one u have with low
