Report a translation problem
Better Ability Bar fails to compile (it's not been updated in a while and I'm pretty sure the base game Modern UI now implements its main features) - this doesn't cause an immediate crash but does cause all mods loaded after it to not compile as well (this is something the devs have mentioned they are planning to fix).
This still doesn't crash it until the game tries to add a part defined by the mod to a GameObject - with most other mods that will happen on game start or as soon as you encounter something with that part but as this mod adds a part to the very base ObjectBlueprint it crashes as soon as it loads the character in the creator. I've tested it with a few other mods and they all also crash at various points when enabled with Better Ability Bar if they happen to add any new parts that are required at any point.
